How a project runs
- First meeting: You describe your project, in person or online. We ask questions and give you an honest first assessment.
- Proposal: You get a written proposal with scope, timeline and budget before the first line of code is written.
- Build: We develop in weekly iterations. Every week you see working software, and we are happy to present progress in person too.
- Handover and care: The code, the documentation and every account stay with you. If you like, we take over ongoing maintenance afterwards.
Where we work
Your contacts are in Austria, so you can meet us in person. The development team is based in Leskovac, Serbia, and works in the same time zone, so questions are answered the same day. Legally, LONI DIGITAL is a business registered in Serbia with the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR). You receive the proposal and the contract in writing before any work begins.
Data protection
By default we host your applications on servers in the EU. For projects that involve personal data, we sign a data processing agreement that includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, because our development team works outside the EU.
