How we build your app

  1. Understand: We work out who will use the app, in which situations and what the first version cannot do without.
  2. Plan and design: We design flows and screens for both platforms and agree on scope, timeline and budget before any code is written.
  3. Build and test: We work in weekly iterations, and you try every new test version on your own phone.
  4. Publish and improve: We submit the app to the App Store and Google Play and keep improving it after launch based on real usage.

Technologies

We build cross-platform apps with Flutter: one codebase covers iOS and Android, so every feature is built and maintained only once. We integrate native device features such as the camera, push notifications, location and offline storage wherever your app needs them. The backend runs on Node.js with TypeScript or on PHP with Laravel, data lives in PostgreSQL or Supabase, and we host on Hetzner servers in the EU.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build with Flutter or natively?

For most projects we recommend Flutter, because one codebase for iOS and Android saves duplicate work in development and maintenance. In the intro call we talk openly about whether Flutter or a native build is the better fit for your project.

How much does it cost to build an app?

It depends on the scope: the features, whether the app needs an offline mode and whether a backend already exists. After a short intro call you get a fixed estimate or a clear range before development starts.

Who publishes the app on the App Store and Google Play?

We do. We prepare the store listings, submit the app and guide it through the review. The developer accounts, however, belong to your company, and we help you set them up. That way the app stays in your hands, with or without us.

Can the app share the backend with our existing web app?

Yes, and that is usually what we recommend. We connect the app to your existing API or extend the API with the endpoints the app needs. User accounts, data and business logic then stay in one place, shared by web and mobile.
