MVP development and product discovery for start-ups and companies in Austria and the DACH region
LONI DIGITAL builds MVPs for founders, start-ups and smaller companies in Austria and the DACH region. We start with a focused product discovery phase that turns your idea into a clear plan with a fixed scope, timeline and budget, then build the MVP in weekly iterations. We run the discovery workshops with you in person in Austria, in German or English.
Who it is for
- Non-technical founders who want a partner to turn their idea into software without the jargon
- Start-ups that want to test their product with real users before building out every feature
- Small and mid-sized companies that want to pilot a new digital service or internal tool first
- Companies that need clarity on scope, effort and risks before committing to a larger software project
What you get
- A written scope that prioritizes features and draws a clear line around version one
- A clickable prototype that lets you check the flows and the interface before development starts
- A technical architecture your product can keep growing on after the MVP
- A fixed estimate or a clear range for the timeline and budget
- The working MVP in production, hosted in the EU, with full access to the code, repositories and accounts
How your MVP comes together
- Discovery workshop: We discuss your idea, your target users and your goals, and define how you will measure the success of the first version.
- Must-haves first: Together we separate what the MVP absolutely needs from what can wait.
- Prototype and plan: We design a clickable prototype and the technical architecture, then fix the scope, timeline and budget before any code is written.
- Build and launch: We develop in weekly iterations, so you see working software every week, and then take the MVP to production.
What product discovery clarifies
- Target users and their problem: Who will use your product, and which problem does it solve?
- Core features: What does version one need, and what can wait?
- Risks and assumptions: Which assumptions are the least certain, and how do we test them with real users?
- Technical approach: Which platform and architecture suit your plans?
- Scope, timeline and budget: What gets built, by when and with how much effort?
Technologies
We build MVPs on the same production-ready stack as full products: TypeScript, React and Next.js on the frontend, Node.js or PHP with Laravel on the backend, PostgreSQL or Supabase for data, and Flutter when a mobile app is part of the plan. Docker keeps deployments reproducible, and hosting runs on Hetzner servers in the EU. That way your MVP does not have to be thrown away and rewritten later, because it becomes the foundation your product keeps growing on.
Discovery workshops in person
Direct conversation matters most during discovery. That is why we like to run the workshops with you in person in Austria, in German or English, and settle follow-up questions quickly by phone or video call. The MVP is built by our own development team in Leskovac, Serbia, and you can talk directly to the developers at any time. You can find more on our page about working with us.
