LONI DIGITAL advises companies and start-ups in Austria and the DACH region on software architecture and technology choices. We also review existing plans and quotes and give you an honest second opinion, in person and in German or English. Because we build web apps, SaaS platforms and mobile apps ourselves, our advice comes from daily practice.

How our consulting works

  1. Understand the goal and context: We clarify what you want to achieve, what constraints apply and which decision is on the table.
  2. Analyze the current state: We look at your code, architecture, plans or quotes, depending on the question.
  3. Recommend and explain: You get a clear recommendation, the reasoning behind it and an open account of the trade-offs, so you can make an informed decision.
  4. Support the implementation: If you want, we stay involved afterwards, as part of your team or as an outside point of contact.

Technologies

Our recommendations are grounded in the stack we build with every day: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Astro and Flutter, plus Node.js, PHP and Laravel on the backend. On the data side we work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB and Supabase, and for infrastructure with Docker, Hetzner and Cloudflare. We recommend what fits your team and your budget, not what is fashionable. If your current setup works well, we will tell you.

Consulting in person

Good advice starts with a conversation at the same table. We run workshops and reviews with you in person in Austria, in German or English and without jargon, so that management and non-technical teams can follow every recommendation. Behind the advice stands our own development team in Leskovac, Serbia, so the recommendations come from developers, not salespeople. You can find more on our page about working with us.

Frequently asked questions

What does a second opinion look like in practice?

You share what you already have, for example a quote, a concept or access to the code. We work through it, ask follow-up questions and put our assessment in writing, including risks and concrete recommendations. Then we go through the results together, in person or on a video call.

Can you review a quote or a plan from another agency?

Yes. We check whether scope, timeline and technologies fit together and where there are risks or gaps. Our assessment is honest and not a pitch for our own offer. If everything holds up, we tell you that just as openly.

Can you work embedded in our team for a longer period?

Yes. As part of your team, we join planning meetings and reviews, make architecture decisions with you and support ongoing development. For individual decisions, we can also advise you from the outside. We decide together how closely we work with you.

How much does technical consulting cost?

It depends on what you need: a one-time assessment, individual workshops or ongoing support. After a short intro call we agree on the scope together, and you get a fixed estimate or a clear range before we start.
